After 45 is consider to mid life aging during this time your muscles gets weaker, your immune system gets vulnerable , your weight increases and many more..

During this age you have a demanding job or business responsibility and responsibility to cope up with growing children s.
After 40 to 45 yrs this is the time sit down and does some home work on your life style (eating habits).

You have to know the fact that you are not going to be younger any more..The first and primarily objective should be to remain fit and feel healthy.
